Laughing Dragon is a 2D animation studio, founded in 2005 by CEO Ryan Sohmer and CFO Randy Waxman located in one of North America’s largest animation hubs, Montreal, Canada. With a team of over 100 dedicated animators as well as in-house editors, writers, illustrators and producers, Laughing Dragon is a full-service studio. We are able to take any idea, story or script and develop it smoothly to the screen, no matter the platform. In addition to studio and producer projects, LDS works extensively in the advertising and video game industries.
