BIEN is looking for freelance motion design talent for an upcoming project! We are seeking remote freelancers across two specialized roles.
Role 1:
Motion designer who specializes in storyboarding, layout, typography, UI design. Must have experience working with brand guidelines, and implementing brand rules to design work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design beautiful frames that follow the script (creating a narrative thread between the frames).
- Implement brand colors, typography to the work
- Adapt to chosen creative styles and design stylized/marketized UI elements.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Figma with working knowledge of After Effects.
- Pristine file hygiene: properly named layers, zero missing links/effects, - prepped directly for animators.
- Strong communication skills and active availability on Slack during working hours.
Role 2:
Motion designer who specializes in Figma → After Effects workflow, expert keyframers, UI animation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute top-tier UI/UX animation and build slick sizzle reels.
- Conceptualize and animate creative, fluid transitions.
- Work with 3D elements from Cinema 4D inside After Effects
Requirements:
- Expert After Effects keyframer with exceptional sense of timing, rhythm, and speed.
- Mastery of the Figma → AE workflow.
- Experience with C4D 3D assets in AE (C4D proficiency is a major plus).
- Strong communication skills and active availability on Slack during working hours.
