
Studio Manager
Reporting to: People Experience Manager
Location: On-site in our London studio, Monday to Friday
FutureDeluxe is a global creative studio with offices in London, New York, Los Angeles and Sydney. We combine design, technology and moving image to craft visual experiences for future facing brands. We’re on the lookout for a proactive, passionate, and people-first Studio Manager to join our People & Culture team, reporting to the People Experience Manager. This role sits at the very heart of our creative studio, responsible for the daily operations, employee experience, and cultural vibrancy of our London space.
As the face of FD, you'll ensure our physical environment reflects our brand and values with every interaction. From welcoming guests to leading green initiatives and in-studio events, you’ll be the go-to for all things studio, culture, and people support.
The Opportunity:
Studio Experience
- Be the first point of contact and face of FD—managing phones, doors, guests, and day-to-day studio operations.
- Own the in-studio experience, ensuring it's tidy and fully stocked with supplies.
- Champion studio culture, creating spaces that support collaboration, creativity, and well-being.
- Maintain high visibility and regularly check in with employees on studio working experiences.
- Deliver seamless onboarding experiences for new joiners
- Provide admin and logistical support to global leaders—shipping, travel, and studio expansion management
- Manage the studio budget in partnership with the Managing Director
Culture, Events & Engagement
- Lead the charge on all things fun at FD—plan and manage socials, events, birthdays, and cultural milestones.
- Leads the culture team for input on events, shares and studio set-ups
- Own the calendar and execution of in-studio and virtual experiences across global locations, including managing and pre-planning the weekly shares meeting in London
- Support the US team where possible to deliver consistent culture experiences in NY and LA
Operations, Health & Safety, & Sustainability
- Oversee supplier relationships, manage building issues, and lead emergency responses.
- Ensure H&S compliance, run risk assessments, and lead First Aiders.
- Track and manage studio access and security in partnership with the Tech team
- Lead on sustainability initiatives, including B Corp goals and data management globally
- Share learnings and processes with US studios to ensure consistency across regions
People & HR
- Support maintenance of BambooHR, ensuring time-off is tracked in Float promptly
- Support People Experience with global benefits management and invoicing
- Maintain regular file reviews and audits to ensure full compliance, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and adherence to GDPR regulations.
