Key Responsibilities

  • Push the boundaries to constantly challenge the level of output at Interbrand.
  • Deliver compelling stories through film, moving assets and other forms of motion.
  • Flexibility to work across the entire process, from initial creative exploration to final delivery.
  • Work confidently alone as well as part of a wider team to solve creative challenges.
  • Collaborate with strategists, writers and client managers to construct engaging stories.
  • Contribute to a culture of learning by sharing new techniques that encourage the wider creative team to be brave.
  • Liaise and foster relationships with freelancers and external suppliers.


  • Experience with a core focus on motion.
  • Ability to embed conceptual thinking, motion principles and guidance into branding.
  • Expert in After Effects, Premiere Pro and core Creative Suite Software. Experience with Cinema 4D / Red Shift / Octane is a bonus.
  • Ability to confidently present or explain ideas to wider teams and clients.
  • A strong understanding of design principles.
  • Experience in managing project streams independently and efficiently.
