Warner Bros. Discovery Creative ANZ is a multi-award-winning in-house agency specialising in creating brand identities, on-air promotions, branded content, and communications for consumer, trade, and corporate audiences.
Our work spans various media, primarily TV and digital, for Warner Bros. Discovery’s Australia and New Zealand portfolio.
As a Junior Motion Designer, you will assist in creating and maintaining engaging motion graphics for Warner Bros. Discovery brands and shows.
This will involve creating and developing marketing material for on-air, out-of-home, and digital ads. You’ll have the chance to learn and grow while contributing to exciting projects.
You will support our brand by generating creative ideas and helping to pitch concepts to the marketing and design team.
Collaboration is important, and you will work alongside our Design Director, Lead Designer, and the rest of the creative team.
Building good relationships with our programming, digital, and marketing teams will be essential.
We’re looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented, able to keep track of tasks and help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing outstanding motion design concepts and compositions.
- Presenting campaign design ideas to design leaders and the marketing team.
- Be able to create key art and design concepts from scratch
- Providing design and administrative support to the Lead Designer and Design Director as needed.
- Ensuring accurate delivery of your work to the appropriate channels.
- Capable of designing within a brand framework.
- Ability to understand, interpret and manage a brief.
Skills Required:
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Some understanding of 3D motion and animation design in Cinema 4D.
- Degree or relevant qualification in design
Qualities Required:
- Good design and composition skills.
- Basic understanding of motion, movement, and pacing.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Efficient in producing and versioning work.
- Skilled in pitching ideas and generating concepts.
- Dynamic self-starter.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Capable of accurately scoping projects.
- Contributing to processes that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Quick learner, able to grasp new processes and systems.
