We are looking for a collaborative and ambitious Account Manager to join our growing Creative Advertising team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in managing international and/or local entertainment marketing campaigns to contribute to the growth of this division through strategic client relationship development and campaign management.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion for entertainment, thrive on teamwork, and be a confident communicator and self-starter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing campaign deliveries across multiple projects and being the point of contact for media agencies, media partners, clients, stakeholders and the internal creative team.
  • Monitoring and managing campaign budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring projects stay within allocated resources.
  • Handling briefs and ensuring client stakeholders receive the highest level of service and collaboration from the studio.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for designated clients and campaigns by attending briefing sessions, overseeing client receivables and deliverables, sharing client feedback, managing all internal and external communications and maintaining internal administrative and file storage systems daily.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, with existing clients and beyond, by recognising unmet needs or exploring areas Creative Advertising could further expand on awarded titles.
  • Managing budgets, costs, suppliers and contributing to the management of profitability of projects.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in marketing campaign management for Key Art, social media, digital and out-of-home.
  • Skilled communicator, experienced with collaborating with media buyers and media agencies, with a solid understanding of media plans, timelines, and requirements.
  • Confident in communicating clearly and effectively with internal teams, third-party suppliers, and clients.
  • Experienced in working with print and digital designers, with a thorough understanding of design workflows and requirements.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail, the ability to maintain composure under pressure, and effective prioritisation during high-traffic periods.
  • Knowledgeable about theatrical print and digital budgets, including costing, with hands-on experience in managing project budgets.
  • Familiarity with software such as Notion, Google Suite and Slack is desirable.
