You will play a crucial role in expanding our client network specifically in the UK. 

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in the world of advertising, motion design, and computer-generated imagery. 

You will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive brand partnership growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:

• Identify and reach out to prospective clients within advertising, brand marketing, and digital media sectors to introduce our creative services and showcase our capabilities.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, nurturing long-term partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Help represent Ditroit at local industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to raise our presence and build strategic partnerships.

Pitching & Proposal Development:

• Develop tailored pitches and proposals in collaboration with the team to effectively communicate our talent and innovation solutions to prospective clients.

• In partnership with the CD, lead client presentations and negotiations, addressing client needs, interests and business objectives.

Strategic Planning & Reporting:

• Collaborate with the team to develop short and long term business strategies that align with Ditroit’s creative vision.

• Propose new areas of opportunities within emerging brands and markets.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

• College degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or a related creative field.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the advertising, motion design, or CGI industry.

• Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and expanding business networks.

• Strong understanding of advertising trends, branding, digital media, motion design, and computer-generated imagery.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Comfortable building personal relationships with creative and marketing leaders.

• Have a curiosity and passion for art & design.
