We are seeking a talented and experienced Motion Designer to join our dynamic production team. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both 2D and 3D motion production processes, and will be responsible for managing projects from conception through to completion. 

You will collaborate closely with artists, designers, and clients to ensure that projects meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • 2D Expertise: Proficient in After Effects, with strong skills in compositing, text animation, and easing. Comfortable working with 2D design elements.
  • 3D Skills: Experience or a strong desire to expand 3D skills. Proficiency in at least one of the following: Cinema 4D, Blender, or Houdini. With a base understanding of Redshift Rendering.
  • Creative Vision: Creatively curious and passionate about motion design. Able to bring creative ideas to life with a strong understanding of visual storytelling.
  • Emerging Technologies: Open to exploring and learning new technologies, including but not limited to Generative AI, AR/VR and Unreal Engine
  • Teamwork: A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful and able to troubleshoot technical challenges. Not afraid to ask for help when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in motion design.
  • Personality: Entrepreneurial, creative, and collaborative. Exceptional at evaluating creative ideas and developing execution plans. Possesses a strong work ethic, a strong sense of humor, and the ability to help others navigate pressure and challenges. Respects the business side of things and understands client and agency business objectives. Team-oriented and inclusive. Proud industry representative.
