FutureDeluxe is a global creative studio with offices in London, New York, Los Angeles and Sydney. We combine design, technology and moving image to craft visual experiences for future-facing brands. We are a diverse group of artists, directors, designers, creative technologists and administrative professionals who thrive in an environment based on experimentation, collaboration and innovation. From concept through to final delivery, we collaborate with brands to explore, imagine and define their future vision.

You’re passionate about visual storytelling and thrive in fast-paced, experimental environments. You’ve led polished, complex motion projects from concept to delivery, often rolling up your sleeves to help bring the vision to life. You think strategically, communicate clearly, and pitch with confidence — earning client trust by translating big ideas into creative solutions. You're a collaborative partner who helps shape the work and the process, building lasting relationships through curiosity, creativity, and follow-through.

The Opportunity:

  • Collaborate with clients and project leadership to generate inspiring, creative, and strategic ideas that translate business needs into elegant, boundary-pushing solutions.
  • Lead pitches, shaping narratives and visuals that sell the creative idea — bringing clients on board and pushing briefs beyond their original scope.
  • Contribute to production planning, pitch asset creation, and capabilities presentations. Offer insight into team resourcing and budgets to support realistic, impactful ideas.
  • Oversee multiple productions from pitch to launch. Act as a creative sounding board while empowering project teams to lead the day-to-day workflow.
  • Stay hands-on where it counts — shaping early design directions, jumping into tools (Houdini, C4D, AE, etc.) when needed, and mentoring artists through execution.
  • Provide thoughtful, clear feedback that raises the creative bar while giving others space to grow.
  • Help break down ideas into feasible technical solutions, especially in fast-paced projects where a dedicated tech lead is assigned.
  • Actively contribute to studio culture: share WIPs, passion projects, and inspiration — both formally and casually — to help others stay connected and creatively energised.
  • Partner with the People team to support a strong, inclusive studio environment through mentoring, coaching, and team-building initiatives.
  • Lead workshops, critiques, and upskilling sessions to support the team’s growth on and off the box.
  • Bring a strong aesthetic sensibility informed by current trends in design, animation, fashion, architecture, and art.
  • Stay curious and forward-thinking, particularly around emerging tools and technologies like AI. You experiment responsibly and see tech as a way to elevate creativity, not replace it.
