Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand Bubba’s LA’s client base.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, partners, and vendors to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Evaluate existing partnerships and sales strategies, refining and improving them to drive better results.
  • Lead Bubba’s LA sales, marketing, customer service, and client relationship management to ensure cohesive and effective operations.
  • Build and guide cross-functional teams, nurturing a culture of sustainable, long-term growth.
  • Track emerging market trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.
  • Foster an entrepreneurial growth culture within Bubba’s.
  • Identify and recommend new services and strategic partnerships with those services.
  • Shape Bubba’s’s long-term objectives and create plans to achieve them.
  • Research and identify new markets, providing insights for promotional strategies.
  • Conduct webinars and presentations to elevate Bubba’s profile.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of sales or marketing experience in motion design and animation.
  • 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Ad agency or in-house brand experience is a plus.
