We’re looking for a hands-on Art Director with a passion for pushing creative boundaries through innovative media and storytelling. 

This role calls for an expert in concept development, design, and art direction with strong knowledge in film, animation, and new media technologies. 

You’ll be working directly with international clients, delivering visually compelling treatments and unique ideas that resonate with audiences and drive the creative vision for high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Innovative Art Direction: Lead visual direction, blending traditional storytelling with cutting-edge techniques to create compelling, forward-thinking experiences. 
• Client Engagement: Work closely with high-profile international clients, understanding their vision and crafting treatments that align with their brand and push creative boundaries. 
• Concept & Design Development: Develop top-tier concepts and designs that set a new standard in visual excellence across film, animation, and new media formats. 
• Team Leadership & Inspiration: Guide and motivate a talented team of motion designers, animators, and visual artists to achieve creative excellence. 
• Innovation in New Media: Continuously explore and implement the latest trends in media and technology, integrating them into projects for a unique visual impact. 
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring every detail aligns with the high standards of quality and creativity.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Background in Film & Animation: Deep understanding of cinematic and animation techniques with a portfolio showcasing innovative visual storytelling. 
• Art Direction & Design Excellence: Exceptional eye for composition, color, and detail, with a track record of creating visually outstanding work. 
• Client Communication & Collaboration: Proven ability to communicate concepts clearly and effectively to clients, handling feedback to refine and elevate ideas. 
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, and experience with Houdini and Redshift; experience with real-time engines or VR/AR is a plus. 
• Ambition for Innovation: Passionate about exploring and applying new technologies and media formats, from interactive installations to immersive content.
