- Creatively curious and passionate about the creative industry.
- At least 3 years experience in the industry in a relevant position.
- Top level design and animation skills, with a focussed attention to detail.
- Collaborative by nature — you’re able to communicate clearly, listen when required and compromise creatively.
- Can-do attitude — solution oriented, not problem focused.
- Humble and hard-working.
- Expert skills in Cinema 4D, Redshift and After Effects.
- Professional knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Starting knowledge of Keynote and Google Slides is a bonus.
- Able to cope with the pressure of working on multiple projects with different requirements.
- Prepared to sometimes work more than standard hours at short notice to get the job done.
- Someone with an eye on the future and strong desire to keep up-to-date with emerging design technologies and animation techniques.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be part of a global team of talented and versatile artists in our London studio.
- Deliver high-quality 3D motion design projects, on a range of briefs, for progressive brands around the world.
- Work diligently to meet the high creative standards of the studio.
- Get involved with both commercial and studio projects.
- Step up to take a lead creative role on specified projects.
- Liaise with the production team to advise on scheduling and pipeline decisions.
- Nurture, guide and learn from the team around you.
