Executive Producer

Tendril

Posted March 14 / Toronto / Full time / On Site

The Executive Producer (EP) sits within Tendril’s sales function, driving revenue growth through exceptional client partnership.

EPs operate at the strategist–entrepreneur end of the producer skillset spectrum. They shape the work Tendril wins, not the delivery of that work.

Their focus is future-facing: building trust, shaping opportunities, and positioning Tendril as a long-term creative and strategic partner.

They operate with a long horizon, concentrating on account health, multi-phase opportunities, and sustainable revenue growth, while handing well-defined projects to the Production team for execution and margin protection.
