Role

Giant Ant is looking for a talented Mid - Senior Level 3D Artist that thinks in keyframes, gets unreasonably excited about renders, and brings with them creative vision, technical expertise, and a genuine obsession with craft.

We're a design-led studio, if your background leans toward motion graphics and 3D design rather than VFX pipelines or character animation, you'll feel right at home here.

You'll be working alongside a tight-knit team on work that challenges and excites us. If you care deeply about craft and love collaborating with people who feel the same way, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the 3D team to create high-quality, visually compelling work.
• Partner with animators, directors, and creative leads to develop work for pitches and active projects.
• Explore and implement new workflows, tools, and techniques to improve efficiency and creative output.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges — both in your own work and by supporting teammates.
• Contribute across all stages of production, from early concept development to final delivery.
  
   

Requirements

• Professional experience in a relevant creative or production environment.
• Strong sense of motion, composition, and visual design.
• Proven ability to produce refined keyframe animation.
• Working knowledge of lighting, rendering, and compositing for, photorealistic CG, stylized or non-photoreal CG, look development and style framing.
• Solid understanding of procedural and/or programmatic animation techniques.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in managing your own work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new tools and methods.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to take direction and apply feedback effectively.

Compensation

$110,000-$160,000
