Our work encompasses three key areas: post-production, content and social production, and experiential and digital innovation.
The Opportunity
This position is seen as a pivotal role in the growing 3D capacity of the studio working on a range of projects including design and visual effects for television commercials, film titles, content projects, promos, and AR/VR and experiential interactive formats.
You will be joining a highly creative position within our team structure.
We continue to push the boundaries of the industry – creating and designing the unbuilt reality with a strong focus on storytelling and emotive communication.
A Snapshot of What You'll do
- Collaborate closely with the Production team and 2D/3D team to deliver high-quality visuals that align with client needs and project briefs.
- Transform creative briefs from conceptual ideas into efficient production pipelines.
- Develop 3D VFX and animated sequences, leveraging and expanding your skills as a 3D generalist. Build proficiency in lighting, texturing, rigging, rendering, camera, pipeline processes, and particle and liquid simulations.
- Deliver 2D motion design projects using Adobe Creative Cloud and After Effects for motion design projects and composite work as needed.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Your Ideal Experience
- Technical knowledge and experience in 3D with tools such as Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine and/or Unity as a bonus, with a strong portfolio of artwork and animated projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable and become increasingly confident working directly with directors, agency creatives and clients.
- Able to manage and prioritise tasks time efficiently, demonstrating project management skills to potentially coordinate multiple projects.
- High standard of technical knowledge, attention to detail and quality control of outputs for 2D.
- Substantial knowledge and experience with animation tools, workflow and principles of character performance and animation (such as posing, timing, acting and storytelling techniques)
- Strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
