Motion Graphics Designer

The Motion Graphic Designer is a key role within the Creative team, supporting the development of visually compelling content across brand marketing.
This role is responsible for bringing creative ideas to life through motion design, animation, and visual storytelling across a range of platforms and experiences.
We are looking for a designer with a strong visual sensibility and a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
You will help ensure all design and content communications remain modern, innovative, and culturally connected to our audience both inside and outside of sport
Key Responsibilities
- Create motion graphics and animated content across brand marketing campaigns, digital platforms, social media, live events, and experiential activations.
- Produce motion design and 3D assets for both video and still imagery, supporting a wide range of marketing and brand projects.
- Maintain efficient motion design workflows from initial concept through to final delivery across multiple platforms.
- Develop creative concepts and communicate campaign ideas through mockups, moodboards, and presentation decks.
- Ensure all motion graphics align with brand identity and visual guidelines while maintaining a premium aesthetic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing including creative, editorial, spatial, events, partnerships, commercial, and production.
- Support day-to-day marketing needs including social media assets, campaign visuals, presentations, and creative mockups.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative creative ideas and visual storytelling approaches.
- Present design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate to deliver high-quality creative outcomes.
- Brief and manage external freelancers where required to support project delivery.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Strong technical expertise in motion graphics, animation, and graphic design with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) and experience with 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Unreal Engine.
- Experience delivering creative work across multiple media formats including digital, print, social, and experiential environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present creative ideas and design decisions to stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across teams and managing external creative partners when needed.
- A creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of developing visual solutions within brand guidelines and project constraints.
- A strong cultural awareness and passion for art, design, sport, music, and style, with a drive to create innovative and culturally relevant work.
