We are seeking an exceptionally talented Senior Motion Designer with a passion for storytelling through motion graphics and animation.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust portfolio showcasing a sharp eye for design, outstanding animation skills, and the ability to craft captivating visual content.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our creative team to develop and execute motion graphics projects that align with our clients' goals and brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for a variety of media, including digital, social, and broadcast.
- Work alongside the creative team to develop and refine concepts, storyboards, and visual styles.
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Mentor and support junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance skills and introduce fresh ideas.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting deadlines and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion design work.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate creative ideas in English.
- Experience with 3D animation and modeling is a must.
